S.O.S.

As a Drone, shatter 50 targets without dying. In order to unlock this trial you need to complete either Piercing Space and Time, Slide to the Finish!, Blades in the Wind or Kited Blades. Successfully completing it will unlock an alternate skin for Commando.

Modifiers

• Enemy speeds increase with score.
• Every 20 kills spawns a health pickup.
• Killing Vagrants spawns a group of extra targets.
• Your health does not naturally regenerate.

Upon entering the trial, Commando will die and respawn as a multiplayer Drone with 110 hp. The player can now fly around and use the Drone's only ability FireFire
Primary
Fire once for 80% damage.
Survivor: Multiplayer Drone to shatter targets and damage enemies. Jellyfish, Evolved Lemurians and Spitters can spawn, with Young Vagrants being added after 25 targets are shattered and Archer Bugs after 75. A Wandering Vagrant will spawn at targets #45 and #95, and an Overloading Magma Worm will spawn at target #100. Killing 20 enemies will spawn a 300 hp pickup in the center of the stage. Due to the enemies' reduced health, most of them will take only a few shots to kill, notably jellyfish, lemurians and bugs requiring a single shot for the majority of the trail.

the trial ends as soon as the player dies; if less than 50 enemies are defeated by that point, the trial will be failed. A score of at least 100 is required in order to achieve gold.
