Scavenger is one of the game's bosses.
Description
The Scavenger is an anthropomorphic figure that appears as a set of legs and arms attached to a large, round body with two red eyes. It can be seen carrying and wearing many of the items that were scattered all over Petrichor V when the UES Contact Light crashed, spilling its cargo in the process. The Scavenger's ability to operate the tools it has found indicates that it is sentient and possesses a certain degree of intelligence.
Behaviour
Scavengers attack by either shooting a fast, white projectile similar to one of Providence's with its

20% chance on hit to fire chain lightning for 66% (+66% per stack) TOTAL damage on up to 3 targets.; or by shooting multiple red homing missiles similar to 
Volatile enemies in a similar manner to the

Fire a swarm of missiles.
Fire a swarm of 12 missiles, dealing 200% damage each..
Scavengers will also start to slowly regenerate health with their

Increase health regeneration by 0.84 (+0.84 per stack) hp per second. after not being attacked for a few seconds.
When spawning, Scavengers will pop the top of their body out of the ground and appear to look around before exiting the ground and attacking.

Monster Log
Who knew a pack rat could be so dangerous! This creature seems to be hoarding many of the items littered across this planet. I have seen no others of its kind. If it hadn't been so intent on slaying me I would have tried to gain this Scavenger as an ally..
