Also heals for 1% of your health every second. Warbanner is a common damage, utility, and healing item that spawns a warbanner on the player when leveling up or activating the Teleporter, increasing attack and movement speed of any ally in its radius, as well as healing them. They are permanent until leaving the stage, and no limit is in place.
