Falling below 25% health stops time for 3 (+1 per stack) seconds. Recharges after 7 minutes. Time Keeper's Secret is an uncommon utility item that temporarily stops all projectiles and enemies when dropping below 25% health, being consumed in the process. All stacks then recharge after 7 minutes.

My old grandfather's hourglass. As the Time Keeper in the Hall of The Revered, he valued this hourglass a lot. He claimed that it would keep him safe in times of danger. For some reason, the sand never seems to run out! That's all an illusion, however. There must be some mechanism at the bottom of the hourglass that replenishes the top well. Very cute.

Tips & Notes
- Engineer makes great use of this item as his turrets can trigger it and will gain a new copy every time they are placed. Care should be taken however, as a used Time Keeper's Secret on the Engineer themself will spawn with any newly placed turret until it is recharged.

Drop a turret that charges up over 8 seconds and fires for 1300% damage per hit, inheriting all of your items.
Fragile, rapidly damaging itself while firing.
Survivor: Engineer as it buys time for it to fire, but keep in mind it will be at 25% effectiveness due to its self-damaging nature.

- The 7 minute recharge timer is 420 seconds long. Meaning you need 418 total Time Keeper's Secrets to have it always available. Care should be taken as it doesn't activate until you fall below 25% health again.
- Picking up another Time Keeper's Secret will instantly recharge your stack.
- Stopped time does not prevent the lasers spawned by Providence from damaging entities.
