Teleporter in-game

The Teleporter is a unique circular interactable located in all main Stages. Finding and activating the Teleporter is the major objective in each main stage. To assist the player in locating it, the red particles it emits can be seen from a distance.

The Teleporter allows the player (and other players if playing in multiplayer) to travel to the next Stage when fully charged.

One Teleporter will spawn on each Stage. The Teleporter can spawn anywhere an interactable could be placed, provided that there is enough space for it in that location. The Teleporter will always attempt to spawn far away from the player's spawn location.

Temple of the Elders has a unique Teleporter, called the Divine Teleporter, which can be used to access the last stage and the final boss. The Divine Teleporter can also loop the player back to one of the first stages.

Teleporter Event

Activating and completing a Teleporter Event is the primary mean of advancing the game.

Initiation

After locating the Teleporter, interacting with it will start the Teleporter Event. Multiple monsters spawn immediately, along with the Teleporter Boss to defeat. The Teleporter begins to charge, indicated by the objective "Stay Alive (x/90 seconds on Modern settings, and 120 seconds with Classic settings)..!". All Shrines that cost health and Shrines of the Mountain become permanently disabled upon activating the Teleporter.

In the Game Rules, the player can decide if they wish to only kill the Teleporter Boss to progress to the next stage, or kill all the enemies that are still alive.

Teleporter Boss

Not to be confused with Bosses, a tier of Monsters.

The Teleporter Boss consists of one or several Bosses, depending on the difficulty and number of players. Bosses and Elites that serve as the Teleporter Boss can be identified by their distinctive red health bar.

Occasionally, a Horde of Many will spawn in place of a boss(es), consisting of several Elite non-boss monsters.

Completion

In order to complete the Teleporter Event, the Teleporter Boss(es) must be killed and the Teleporter must be fully charged. Charging the Teleporter requires a minimum of 90 seconds on Modern settings and 120 seconds on Classic settings, and increases based on the amount of players who are currently alive.

Divine Teleporter

The Divine Teleporter is a modified version of the regular stage interactable Teleporter. It is larger in size and has a different design. Upon completion of the first Divine Teleporter (which spawns stage 5, Temple of the Elders) it will prompt a choice to go to the final stage of the game, or to "revisit earlier stages" often referred to as "looping". You can "loop" infinitely, choosing to play more and more previous stages until you decide to go to the final stage, which can be chosen at any looped stage after clearing the teleporter.

Drops

One random item will drop from the Teleporter Boss after it has been defeated, which can be of any rarity. Only the bosses with a crown on their health bar can drop items. Each dropped item is rolled independently of the others. If a Teleporter Boss is elite and the player has a 56 leaf clover, it is possible to get 2 items from one boss. If the Teleporter Boss was a monster with a corresponding Boss item, it has a chance to drop its respective boss item instead.

Challenge of the Mountain

Main article: Shrine of the Mountain

Upon activating a Shrine of the Mountain, the difficulty of the Teleporter Event will be increased. Due to the increased difficulty of the Teleporter Event more items are sometimes dropped due to extra bosses spawning.
